Marmite and The Ashes

Following the success of our 2 other novelty records, we were asked to write and produce a song in support of the England Cricket Team during The Ashes.

Richard teamed up with Keith Bunker and Alan Melvin to write what has widely been described as one of the worst records of all time. Here in The Metro here in The Standard
and in The Independent and on Sky News.

Phil Tufnell did a great job singing the tune and we had a blast making it. It might have even got in the charts if Michael Jackson hadn’t died the week it was released.
